"One approach is that I share how executives are deeply disciplined and intentional in just about every business activity they engage in, except leadership communication," Garcia explains of his approach to connecting with prospective coaching clients. "They wouldn’t dream of improvising a budget, supply chain or hiring process. But they improvise when it’s time to communicate. I show them the rigor of effective leadership communication, and it often rallies clients to commit."
