Crisis Management
Certificate Program

Crisis management is a rigorous process of managing choices when trust is at risk and executing those choices effectively when it can do the most good.

Effective crisis response creates a competitive advantage. Effective crisis response protects a company’s reputation, financial condition, operations, relations with key stakeholders, and strategic focus. Ineffective crisis response can place those key measures of competitive position at risk.

Our Crisis Management Certificate Program is designed to help senior leaders and leadership teams navigate the business decisions, management processes, and leadership skills necessary to anticipate, plan for, manage through, communicate about, and recover from crises affecting corporations and other complex organizations.

There are three levels of the Crisis Management Certificate Program. The duration and intensity of each certificate level is based on the depth and level of skill desired.
