Logos Institute for Crisis Management & Executive Leadership

Best Practices

Logos Institute for Crisis Management and Executive Leadership stands at the intersection of scholarship and practice, providing both rigorous analysis and practical application of key leadership principles. We illuminate best practices, current trends, emerging issues, and leadership skills.

Logos Institute is a thought leader in its field, conducting research, publishing, and providing an extensive range of executive education workshops, seminars, conferences, and highly-customized coaching of senior executives of all sectors, around the world.

Logos Institute creates and maintains an inventory of Best Practices, along with attendant tools and concepts that can inform our clients of what works and why, and that can help our clients to enhance their capacity to perform at higher and higher levels.

Thought Leadership: Publications

We harness and publish these best practices in a number of ways, from full-length books published by major publishing houses to chapters of or forewords to books,  to articles in peer-reviewed scholarly and management journals, to contributions to mainstream media, online media, and blogs.  We also publish our own topic-specific best practices guides and highly distilled checklists on dozens of high-stakes decision-making, communication, or crisis-related situations.

Our clients tell us that our systematization of best practices into easy-to-use tools provides them with enduring value, even after engagements run their course.

Thought Leadership: University Teaching

We also teach in graduate business, law, and related programs where we have an opportunity to test our conceptual work with the rigor required of highly-regarded educational institutions.

Each of our fellows is affiliated with one or more graduate institutions.  Some of us have one or more formal faculty appointments.  All of us teach via Logos Institute at universities that contract with us.
